2. Dynamic Winner Selection: Our selection process is dynamic and recurring. While the current draw deadline is August 15, 2026, any high-quality submissions received after this date will automatically be entered into the subsequent draw cycle. This ensures your story always has a chance to win, regardless of when it is shared.
3. The Prize: One (1) winner will be selected via a random draw to receive a $1,000 CAD cash prize. Payment will be fulfilled exclusively via E-transfer (Canada only) or PayPal. Winners will be announced on September 1, 2026 or near this date.
4. Right to Remove: Quest4Us reserves the absolute right to remove any submission from the draw at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. This may occur if a submission is found to be incomplete, fraudulent, or if it violates the community standards of the Quest4Us directory.

Submission Quality: To qualify, entries must meet all mandatory requirements, including a narrative of at least 100 characters, valid contact details, a gallery link, and at least one mentioned member of the Creative Team. Every qualifying vendor mentioned will receive an exclusive Featured Badge.
6. Rights and Permissions: By submitting, you confirm you own the rights to the photos or have secured explicit permission from the photographer and couple. You grant Quest4Us permission to feature this wedding on its website and across social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest).
